sometimes it is needed.
I know I have had to work with the people to fire someone, but never had to do it myself
.....just fired someone.
Some times you give signals, oportunities, chances to people, but some like in this case, just don't get it. It was all excuses and excuses. I am not an ogre, but I am not stupid either.....

in my line of work turnover % is part of an evaluation....i will do everything i can for you....but usually the employee fires themselves....i just deliver the news....
however it does not make it any easier...especially when you have tenured people .....
i look at it this way...i would not be in the position i am in if i couldn't make those sometimes tough decisions...
ok...i'm done with my 2 cents....
Well MM4, I don't know what to say, but if it's necessary, you gotta do what you gotta do.
